Harbokir 2017 and Awards to Enliven the 27th JNE Anniversary

December, 2017Harbokir (Free Package Delivery Day) was once again made and held for 2 consecutive days on November 26-27, 2017. This free package delivery was applicable only for OKE, Reg, and YES services with inter-city destinations of Jabodetabek areas and the same city covering 56 cities throughout Indonesia, and a maximum weight of 2 kilograms per receipt without limitation on the number of packages for all JNE loyal customers.

The number of JNE package delivery in this Harbokir also increased by 200% when compared to the normal package delivery on regular bases, or reached more than 2 million packages distributed throughout Indonesia during those 2 consecutive days of free package delivery services. For this achievement, M. Feriadi, JNE President Director, expressed his deepest gratitude as JNE may realize its spirit to deliver happiness in accordance with its tagline "Connecting Happiness" to many people in Indonesia.

"We are so grateful for the increasing number of package delivery during the Harbokir. It means that the 27th JNE anniversary celebration provided more benefits than the previous for wider communities, especially SMEs or online sellers to take those opportunities to free deliver their packages. Thank you for the trust given by all JNE customers and we do hope that Harbokir may be routinely conducted in the following years," said Feriadi.

This end of the year 2017 has also become more special since numerous awards in various fields are granted by a number of parties to JNE. JNE  has already obtained 5 awards during October and November in the field of marketing, service quality provided to the customers, and also in the field of Human Resource Management System made by the company management.

In the field of marketing, it was JNE’s fourth consecutive time to be granted with "Social Media Award 2017" by a Marketing Magazine which was in cooperation with Media Wave and Survey One in the event held at Ballroom 1, Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta on October 31, 2017. On the same date and day, JNE was also granted with "Stellar Workplace Award 2017" in the category of Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment Award by Kontan and PT GML Performance Consulting at Hayam Wuruk Santika Premiere Hotel, Jakarta.

In November, JNE also received a Special Award from SWA Media Group which was in cooperation with an independent institution of NBO Group on November 15, 2017, at Ballroom C, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. The award was given to companies proven to have improved the quality of their human resources with the development programs within the internal management.

In the following week, precisely on November 22, 2017, SWA Media Group, which was in cooperation with Frontier Consulting Group, for the second time granted "Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award" to JNE. The event was held at Ballroom A, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. ICSA 2017 was awarded to JNE since JNE got the highest score of 4,344 in the category of courier/package delivery in the efforts to maintain the satisfaction level of customers that the brand awareness was consistently recognized.

Finally, on November 28, 2017, JNE for the first time was granted with " Top Indonesian Companies at the 2017 Indonesia Excellence Awards" in the category of Indonesia E-commerce Logistics Service Provider of the Year by Frost & Sullivan. The award was directly given to Mr. M. Feriadi as JNE President Director by Vivek Vaidya, Senior Vice President, Mobility (Automotive and Transportation & Logistics) Frost & Sullivan APAC, at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Jakarta.
