"Rise and Be Happy with TDA Recover and Grow Together" was the theme carried by Tangan Di aAtas (TDA), in the 2023 National Entrepreneurial festival held on January 21st -22nd 2023 at the West Java Youth Center Sport, Arcamanik Bandung. Various expert practitioners and successful entrepreneurs attended this event to provide inspiration, motivation, and business knowledge.
Coming with the theme "Fundamental Principles of Business", the President Director of JNE M. Feriadi Soeprapto invited all participants to be able to run a business with the aim of providing maximum benefits for society. "According to JNE's tagline, Delivering Happiness or Connecting Happiness, this is a spirit that must be carried on, not only in providing excellent service to customers but also in various programs that provide benefits throughout Indonesia". Furthermore, Feriadi also said that, "JNE believes that if the ecosystem where JNE is located can grow properly, then JNE can also develop. Therefore, JNE, as a national express and logistics service organization, continues to carry out initiatives to progress the nation and state on a regular basis".
For more than 32 years, JNE has been a national company that has survived through various challenges, one of which was during the pandemic. Feriadi said, "When the epidemic impacted the Indonesian economy, like when the monetary crisis happened in the 1990s," Feriadi explained. The difference was that the pandemic forced society and businesses to innovate significantly. New online vendors emerged as a result of people's changing shopping patterns, which had also shifted from offline to online. Business people also improvised, starting from price adjustments, product modifications, and even shifting the type of business. On the other hand, the shipping business is required to be more responsive to the needs of sellers and buyers. For this reason, we also continue to adapt to technology and information that can support economic movements in society”.
In addition, JNE also collaborated with various parties during the pandemic to continue providing support for handling Covid-19, providing free oxygen cylinders throughout Indonesia and donations for handling Covid-19 in various regions in Indonesia. “As actual evidence that JNE continued to contribute to society, during COVID-19, JNE had assisted the government and the private sectors by providing more than 100 tons of shipments of health needs that had been sent to 865 Hospitals, 450 Health Centers, 1135 Institutions and individuals throughout Indonesia." Closing the inspiration stage, Feriadi said "Sharing, Giving, and Helping is a solid foundation that can be applied both individually and as a company. This principle has been implemented by JNE so that it is able to become a large shipping company like it is today," Feriadi concluded.

Also in this event, JNE had the opportunity to provide information regarding services and various support programs for MSMEs delivered by Hasmeliyani Suseno (JNE's Head of National Sales). In addition, two JNE employees, Rakasha Dewa Lubis (JNE Sponsorship Officer) and Rita Franita Sumardi (JNE Pricing Support), also received certificates of completion for the TDA Business School Mini MBA program which were handed over directly by TDA President Ibrahim Mochamad Bafagih.
