September, 2019 - In carrying out innovation and development, JNE continues to strive to provide the best service to the wider community to form an ecosystem to stimulate sustainable collaboration. These commitments result to 2 prestigious awards; The 2019 Best Indonesia Contact Center Award, and the 2019 Oracle Award.
This month, JNE won a silver award in the Best Contact Center Operations category and a gold award in the Best People Development category in the Indonesia Contact Center Association 2019. The awards in the two categories are for the fifth time this year.
The award was given directly to Cahyadini as Head of Customer Care Division on September, 10th, at the Shangrilla Hotel Jakarta. A total of 200 international and domestic companies participated in the event to give appreciation for the contact center's performance as one of the company's frontliners in providing services directly to customers.
Furthermore, JNE took home the Oracle Award 2019 for the Cloud Platform Innovation category at the Oracle Open World 2019 event which took place at Moscone Center, San Francisco, United States on September, 18th. The award was given directly to M. Feriadi as JNE President Director who was accompanied by the board of directors and top management.
At the event which was attended by 60 world companies in various fields, various innovations in the IT sector were displayed using Oracle Cloud facilities. This system helps companies implement digital transformation initiatives and Oracle Autonomous Database facilities. The aim is to accelerate users in making business development decisions so rapidly.

M. Feriadi, President Director of JNE, expressed his gratitude for these two special awards, "Representing all JNE employees and management, we would like to thank Oracle for awarding JNE as the champion of dozens of companies worldwide, and the Indonesia Contact Center Association for "The Best Contact Center Award 2019 award for the Courier Service category," he said.
Feriadi also said that JNE was established with the main objective to bring benefits to the entire community, both internal and external of the company. Therefore, various important sectors are developed, one of which is IT in order to improve company performance and can always provide added value in every service to meet customer needs in the current digital era.
