SUPER SPEED (SS) is a package delivery service prioritizing speed to immediately reach the destinations based on the specified/agreed time.
- SS service is only available for certain destinations reached either through land or air transportation modes which have direct flights to those destinations.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) of SS Service is maximally 24 hours right after the transaction/package is taken by the currier.
- At certain conditions, the estimated delivery time may take longer than 24 hours or when there is a special instruction from the costumers.
- Refund may be given when package delivery takes more than 24 hours or not in accordance with the requested time (special instruction).
- The sender will receive a notification due to the package delivery success through the sender’s hand phone which number is written on the transaction receipt.
