August 20, 2022 - The efforts and hard work of all lines within the company are carried out in the spirit of "Connecting Happiness." The commitment to always prioritize customer service has also paid off, with JNE Bandung receiving three awards at the IMF22 event themed Human 5.0: Creativity, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. This award is given to a salesperson, brand activator, or service person who has successfully provided strategies to find and execute new opportunities to advance the business, as well as bring a positive impact to the company, and society, and become a role model for other marketers.
Hermawan Kertajaya, Founder & CEO of MarkPlus Inc., presented the three awards to three JNE Bandung employees on August 25, 2022, at the Ballroom of the Aryaduta Hotel in Bandung.
Ahmad Robel Oge, Head of the Rancaekek Branch Office, received the award for Sales Person of the Year. This category is measured based on the ability of a salesperson who can increase the company's revenue and has succeeded in expanding marketing by more than 30% and innovating by collaborating with strategic partners.
Jaka Saptawijaya, the Head Unit of the JNE Garut Branch Office, also received the award for JABAR Brand Activator of the Year. Jaka is credited with increasing more than 30% of Garut's digital assets and is actively engaged in various activities to promote the company's image.
Yusman Heriyana, a JNE Bandung knight, also won the Service Person of the Year Bandung category. He is regarded as having achieved the highest level of performance in providing excellent customer service.
Murah Lestari, West Java Regional Head, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all loyal customers who have placed their trust in JNE over the past 32 years, motivating the company to improve service quality and meet distribution needs.
"This is one of the results of the long struggle of more than 50 thousand JNE employees throughout Indonesia; therefore, this award should present to all of them," he explained.
He explained that in order to maintain a high positive rating from the public, as measured by MarkPlus. Inc, and to win the award again in the following years, the company's capabilities must be improved in order to handle shipping capacity, which is increasing by about 30 per cent each year. Furthermore, collaboration and synergy are priorities because they can foster a positive business climate, providing significant benefits not only to the company but also to stakeholders with an impact on the national economy.
Meanwhile, JNE Bandung Branch Manager Iyus Rustandi expressed his pride in receiving the award. For him, this is the result of the efforts of everyone at JNE. "We will continue to embody the spirit of "Connecting Happiness" with this award," he said.
Whereas, through the various program activities that we have launched, we can continue to support positive activities and take concrete steps toward economic progress. "One of them is by holding SME seminars on a regular basis to accelerate the potential of creative industry players," he explained.
