What time can JNE pick up?

At customer's request, our operation time is 24/7

Can pick up be made using car/motorbike?

Yes. Pick up lines are as per customer's request and needs

How long does it take from request for pick up to officer's arrival?

Officer will arrive max 90 minutes of the time ready for pick-up

Can I change time for pick-up?

Yes. Change can be made via customer service

Can JNE pick-up for my goods be made without cooperation with JNE?

Yes. With cash/non-cash (transfer) payment
